Whether you are envisioning a “grand soirée” or a more intimate gathering, LBC specializes in professional, seamless service with creatively inspired cuisine and individual care for your special occasion. Members and Guests will enjoy the charming ambience of the well-appointed private rooms. Located on River Road, The Louisville Boat Club’s extensive grounds offer pristine views of the river, making the site a wonderful outdoor ceremony location. Our professional on-site Bridal and Special Events Coordinator will help you with all the details pertaining to your memorable event. Ample free parking is available.

Reservations may be made up to 18 months in advance of your Event. Parties of more than 12 people are required to arrange a set or limited menu. To allow adequate preparation time, plans for each function must be completed with our staff a minimum of three weeks in advance. A guaranteed number of guests is required three business days prior to your event.
 

Event Hours

Pricing of all Club events is based on a maximum party duration of four (4) hours. Set up for your event can begin 2 hours prior to the start of your event.
 

Menu Selection

Our menus offer you a variety of quality selections. While we feel our selections will delight the vast majority, they are by no means the entire scope of our culinary talents. We take great pride in our ability to create menus to accommodate the special tastes and needs your occasion may require. Menu selections are requested a minimum of two weeks prior to your event. A la carte events may not exceed 12 guests.
